1) Goal lifestyle: More time with family
Parents work know that there is nothing worse than an important game Milestone or other missing kids because you have to work. Maybe you just want more time to do simple things with children-more time with family on many people's list of lifestyle goals. If you're looking for a career change, consider healthcare support, a sector should increase by 50 percent by 2018, according to the Labor Department. With the increase in demand comes greater flexibility. many of these hourly-paid positions contain shift hours that you may be able to work around programming your kids or spouse. Other family occupations include working positions at home as a freelance writing, customer service or positions. If a career change (and possible pay cut) isn't in the cards for you, consider changing your hours of talk-a 10-hour work week from four days to your boss can serve-or working from home part-time.

2) Goal lifestyle: more money
Tired of being broke, struggling to survive even if you're working hard? Look more jobs healthcare to pay better-you'll want to ignore the headings aide and Assistant. Glamourizados surgeons is doing a lot of money: wait an average of $ 220000 in earnings, if you are licensed to wield a scalpel. If blood and guts are not your idea of a great day at the Office, or you can't afford the high price of medical school, consider a petroleum engineer to $ 119.960.

Remember: this big fat paycheck usually comes with high education requirements, long hours and high voltage.

3) Meta lifestyle: less Stress.
Let's face it: the job is stressful, no matter what you do for a living. Maybe your work is very little. Consider a career as a consultant for education if your blood pressure goes up just a bit too high at its current position. Sixty percent of training consultants consider their work low voltage according to CNNMoney, since train corporate employees who are happy they are there to train them. CNNMoney list other jobs of low-stress as a physical therapist, professor of the faculty or software developer. (If stress is a deal breaker for you, check out these great career options in 5 High-Paying, low-voltage jobs.)

4) Goal lifestyle: helping others
Your work is fine, but maybe there is something missing. You feel like you are just another rat race – really, you'd like to help others and make a difference. The field of health is an obvious choice (try the low-stress job physiotherapist, for example), but you can also examine any other public service work as a fireman, police officer or teacher-all offer high job satisfaction when it comes to feeling that you are making a difference.

If a career change isn't in the cards for you, look to start a volunteer event as Habitat for humanity, or otherwise engage in the community, through work or during their time off. These volunteer positions often become paid, not to dismiss working for free as a movement of career progression. (For a related reading, see Social Finance Careers: creating a better world.)

5) Meta lifestyle: working at home
Imagine your workday: lifting, pour yourself a cup of coffee and go to work on your Cavallari. With their right to Home Office, there is no office politics, without traffic jams and endless meetings not that seem to go away. If working at home is your dream, I think the advice: the Labor Department expects the sector to grow a staggering 83% in 2018. (Management, financial Consultants and professionals will see gains, so if you're already working in this field, you may want to start planning your exit from the rat race. (For more information, check out 10 things you need to know about working from home).
